Apprenticeships

Testimonials from some of our apprentices:

Ellie

The Apprenticeship came at a time of my life that was quite prominent and I thought that this would become a barrier or an excuse for me, however I have used it as my drive forward to become a better version of me within the work place.

Leadership and Management, Level 3

Lacey

My time with The Victory Academy so far has been so positive. Never did I think I could love my job so much, and also be able to work as a part of a team who both respects me and also values the work I put in!

Not only do I receive full support from the workplace for my studies, but also loads of support when it has come to personal issues and my wellbeing. I honestly couldn't think of a better way to start my career journey!

Laboratory Technician, Level 3

Karen

It was a huge challenge, and I had to be really resilient to keep going, but that sense of achievement was a very special moment. To know my husband and two sons were in the audience when I walked across the stage at the Royal Festival Hall in London was incredibly special.

I think doing a course helps a lot when I get moments of 'impostor syndrome' and feeling like I don't belong here. It's easier to ground myself, by acknowledging that I am working towards a qualification, and that it's ok if I'm not 100% sure about something. It's part of the learning process, and the foundational knowledge gives an easy reference point for practice.
