We are a growing Multi-Academy Trust dedicated to Transforming Life Chances through exceptional education.
Across 26 schools in the South East, South, East and South West of England, we support pupils from early years to sixth form, helping every learner develop the knowledge, confidence and skills to thrive.
We believe every child can achieve great things. Through high expectations, expert teaching and exceptional support, we inspire children and young people to be their best selves every day.
Our distinctive approach combines a knowledge-rich curriculum with evidence-informed cognitive strategies, equipping learners with the confidence, independence and skills they need to succeed in school and beyond.
We are stronger together. By connecting our schools, staff and communities, we create a culture where everyone belongs and can succeed. Our inclusive organisation brings together diverse perspectives, experiences and talents, enabling our pupils to learn from one another, build meaningful relationships and thrive.
Our belief is firm: true potential is unlocked through actively shaping the minds, attitudes, and habits of young people using a cognitive education framework. This approach empowers them to take control of their destinies and become masters of their own paths.
As a National Leader of Education with over 20 years of experience, including roles as Headteacher and Executive Headteacher in diverse educational settings, I am committed to ensuring every child receives the best possible chance in life. My passion lies in metacognition – the key to success. By empowering students to consciously control their minds and habits, they can actively shape their own success.
At The Thinking Schools Academy Trust, we believe in fostering an environment where every student is supported to reach their full potential. Join us on this journey of transformation and empowerment.
