The confrence is run amongst staff and conists of a varitery of seminars delivered from our on staff for all to participate in and learn and improve.
Our theme was 'A Culture of Learning'.
As part of the Trust we are all united in our mission to transform life chances for the students across our schools whether directly in the classroom via teaching and learning, or through our Central Solutions framework. To do so effectively, we must aspire to be the best we can be and our Trust Conference is another step on our journey of professional development.
We were honored to recieve a very special guest for our key-note speaker, who delivered a powerful and inspiring opening speech on the 'Power of Everyday Heroes' that helped shape her life: Jaz Ampaw-Farr.
Jaz is highly recognised for the impact she’s had on the education and health sectors, galvanising and inspiring those around her. She has led national and international projects unlocking potential in leaders and teams and is now highly sought after by business leaders, corporations and governments wanting the same results.
As an organisation that spans across the south of the country, with 21 schools and a large Central Services contigent, to bring all our colleagues together in such a way is a remarkable achievement for Our Trust.
We are delighted at the application of so many members of our staff who ran their own seminars.
In our mission to Transform Life Chances for all our students, it is important we as a Trust support one-another to be our best selves and develop professionally, to best serve all our students and young people.
