We are honoured to work alongside such a dedicated and inspiring individual, whose contributions to education have transformed the life chances of many young people in our schools across the country.
Lee Miller MBE, Deputy Chief Executive said: “I am truly honoured and humbled to accept this award. After joining the sector as a Business Manager nearly 15 years ago, I looked to the ISBL (previously known as the National Bursar Association) for guidance, sharing of best practices, and networking opportunities, which have been instrumental to my own development. It has been inspiring for so many business leaders to see the institute grow under the leadership of Stephen Morales and position itself as a key voice in the development of policy.
I was honoured to be named a fellow by the Institute in 2020, and I will continue to be a strong advocate for its aims of upskilling and elevating the profile of this important role within the sector.”
On behalf of everyone at TSAT, we’d like to thank Lee for his dedication to education, which motivates us to keep working hard and growing professionally.
ISBL CEO Award recognises significant contributions to school business leadership each year.
Stephen Morales, Chief Executive Officer of ISBL: “We were pleased to recognise the role that Lee Miller has played in actively promoting the school business leadership role both at a local and national level. He has been influential in creating and maintaining a voice for the profession with government. Through his role he actively demonstrates the influence and impact that school business leaders have on our school system when business, pedagogy and governance are aligned in evidenced-based strategic planning.”
A huge congratulations to Lee on this incredible, very well-deserved achievement!
