The month of December has been packed with Christmas treats, surprises, and celebrations, creating joyful memories for all.
It’s been wonderful to see so many heartwarming photos of both pupils and staff shared from across our regions, capturing the happiness of students and staff alike.
Schools across the Trust have been alive with festive cheer. Early years and primary schools have delighted families with traditional nativity performances, bringing to life the magic of Christmas.
Meanwhile, secondary schools have celebrated with an array of seasonal events, including Christmas shows, fundraising activities, non-uniform days and more.
Christmas isn’t complete without delicious food, and our catering teams have gone above and beyond to deliver festive feasts for students and staff.
From the variety of Christmas favourites served at Brixham College to the classic Christmas dinner enjoyed at The Portsmouth Academy, our schools have truly come together as a community to share in the joy of good food and great company.
Christmas is also a time to reflect on the year’s achievements and look ahead to the future.
Trust CEO Stuart Gardner said:
“This year has been full of milestones, and nothing would have been possible without our staff’s hard work, dedication, and shared belief in our mission. As we celebrate and enjoy a break in this festive season, I encourage everyone to take a moment to reflect and appreciate what we have achieved together, and I look forward to an even brighter 2025. I wish everyone a joyful Christmas and a Happy New Year.”
As we finish 2024, the festive celebrations across the Thinking Schools Academy Trust are a reminder of the power of community, togetherness, and shared joy.
Here's to a restful holiday season and an inspiring start to 2025 to all.
