Part B: The Job Evaluation Scheme
We use the well-recognised and widely used NJC scheme that was jointly designed by the Local Government Association and the Trade Unions.
The NJC scheme complies with all equal value principles and practices and adopts the principles of jointness, openness and equality.
The scheme evaluates a job role against 13 factors which capture a full range of demands
