We will work with you on all aspects of the management of people within the Trust from recruitment, HR administration, payroll, employee relations, policies and procedures, training and development and staff wellbeing.

The team work alongside Academy staff to promote and ensure all TSAT Academies are supportive and safe places for both children and adults alike, ensuring we are fully compliant with statutory guidance and practice.
This is supported, monitored and evaluated by a variety of different means that include appropriate staff training, audits of practice, weekly updates via email, sharing of good practice in forums and maintaining good links and working relationships with outside agency professionals including the Local Authority.

Thinking Fitness promotes healthy habits and supports our schools with their sports provisions. Overseeing gyms, 3G pitches and Dance Studios across our hubs.
Thinking Personnel offer a range of quality HR solutions to ensure all our Academies are supportive and safe places for pupils and adults.
Thinking Technology oversee the maintenance and operation of IT services for all academies within the Trust.
